As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a dynamic RSM based in India to drive growth in Tier 1 markets.

This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role where you will be responsible for building your own pipeline, closing deals, and contributing to Loadmill’s growth journey.

In this role, you will report directly to our VP of Sales.

As a Regional Sales Manager at Loadmill, you will:

πŸš€ Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers, leveraging outbound strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.

πŸš€ Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring seamless handover to customer success.

πŸš€ Closing Experience in Tier 1 Markets: Sell effectively to mid-market and enterprise clients, particularly in the US and other Tier 1 regions.

πŸš€ Market Expansion: Drive Loadmill’s adoption by educating prospects on the value of automated testing in CI/CD.

πŸš€ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

πŸš€ Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging a structured and strategic sales approach.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

🎯 Experienced Closer: 3-5 years of sales experience in SaaS/B2B software, with a proven track record of closing deals in Tier 1 markets (US, UK, Europe).

🎯 Pipeline Builder: Comfortable with outbound prospecting, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emails, and strategic outreach.

🎯 Dynamic & Self-driven: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and be highly motivated to drive results.

🎯 Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

🎯 Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in test automation companies like Applitools, BrowserStack, or similar is a plus.

🎯 Sales Methodology (Preferred): Familiarity with BANT or MEDDICC frameworks is a strong advantage.

🎯 US Work Hours Adaptability: Willing to work in US business hours to engage effectively with prospects and clients.
